Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

I have HelpDesk KnowledgeBase View, which has problemtype, solution columns. In Helpdesk form when User enter problemtype it should search the document collection in KnowledgeBase view and display list of solution for that problemtype, basically if there are more than one solution then it should take all the values from solution column and display to the user.

I tried to display dialogbox, but it will open no of windows, which is confuse user, it should open one single window with all solutions.

Could you please let me know right direction.
