Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

I have a database and its local replica.
I want to prevent the user with Editor access in acl from changing replication settings on his local replica.

Is it possible in notes R5 to prevent the user with Editor access to change the replication settings on his local replica?
If yes, then how can i achieve it?

Any suggestion will be very helpful.
