Hi, Does anyone have a database that enables a user to log a fault with a database and then a helpdesk operator to pass on that fault log to a person who can resolve the problem...basically i am looking for a db that will enable fault logging to be resolved in a workflow manner..like a IT helpdesk logging database...or is this the wrong place to ask. Thanks
