Hi there,

I am working in Lotus Script. I am have created a field called Seq_No which increases by once each time a document is created. The sequence number is followed by / and then the year.

For example
0001/2011
0002/2011
0003/2011

I have done all of this

However, I now want to reset then count when we move into 2012 ie

0001/2012
0002/2012
0003/2012

Any ideas as to how I'd do this...
