Domino server not serving clients - console still running

Hello,
I have some problems since about two weeks - few times a day server stops receiving connections from clients (On client there is blinking lightning and "refreshing" infinitely) - console runs all the time, but if I want to type something it stops showing new messages.
In addition there is McAfee Total Mail Defense - Groupshield, SpamKiller, VirusScan 8.0
It started sudenly and I checked everything from console issues (Edit options), antivirus (turning on and off).
It is quite urgent.
I'm planning to upgrade to newer version - 5.0.12 - will it help me?
