To much work to access caledar...finding solution.

Notes Client -- Calendaring & Scheduling 5.0.9a Windows 2000
Hello everyone. I have a question that my Company's Lotus Notes Customer Service Dept. hasn't been able to help. I work with Lotus Notes R5 Release 5.0.9a and I'm in charge of scheduling appointments for an Investment Consultants in his calendar. In order for me to do this he has set me up as a delegate in order to be able to Read and his Calendar. My question is that in order for me to open his caledar I have to open my calendar, click on Tools, Open Calendar..., Search for his name in the address book and click Ok. It seems to be a lot of work just to open someone else's calendar. Does anybody know if its possible to create an Icon, link, or bookmark or something in my Workspace that could open his caledar? It would my life and others life much easier with all the appointments that are called in everyday. Please help. Thank You.
