i have a problem with a user's IBM laptop running on windows xp. I have installed notes client 4.6.4 and everything works fine. The only problem is whenever he close his lotus notes client after finished his work end of day, it will hang. I have to ctrl-alt-del to terminate lotus notes program.
I reinstall notes client but it happens again. He does not have this problem if he's using windows 98.
Any idea???
