Greetings
I have a mail-in database shared by several people.
The mail-in database receives complaints both via smtp and Internal Notes.
When the users of the mail-in database reply they have the name of the database sent by:The user who replies to the email......Users wish to hide their identity
I know that if switching to a generic id or an actual notes account with its own id would solve the problem.
Is there anyway at all to supress the users name from showing up to an external mail or is it designed in such a way for security reasons?
eg - Outlook user would receive the reply
user.1@domain; on behalf of; mail-in.database@domain
This was poorly setup before the problem was bought to me
Any suggestions or help would be muchly appreciated.
Thanks
