Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

I think the view index in my db is damaged, as when I go to a view that has all customer names (responses) I select the doc, hold down CTRL and change the view, I should expect to see the selected doc (in a hierarchy of others) however, I dont, I am taken to another random doc.

Any suggestions.
