Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

I configured authenticated SMTP over SSL port 465. I have successfully used Netscape mail to pass mail to my Notes SMTP server (provided that I enter the correct credentials).

I can not get outlook to send SMTP mail (SSL)

I see the following in the server's log (or on the console after out look times out)

SMTP Server: SSL Handshake failure: SSL Error: Invalid peer

Can not help (out look is bring run from XP Outlook 2000)

How do I fix this
