I have several people who create documents that have buttons on them to import data from oracle using lclsx. Sometimes (not always) people (but not all people!) crash when trying to print/fax this document. They complain (rightly so) that they need to reboot 5 times a day.
Admin suspects a 'memory leak' ... but if so, how do I detect and fix?
This is the error they receive when the crash:
The instruction at location X referenced memory at location X. This memory could not be "read"
I do a disconnect at the end of the code ... is there any other clean-up I should be doing?
Any pointers would be lovely!
TIA
