Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

I would have thought this would have been simple. I have from one database, created a document in another database using LS. I have also stored the text version of the associated document's UNID from the first database in the new document of the second database in hopes of using LS to open the original document. (similar to the way a DocLink works)

I don't want a rich text field created in the new doc but rather use an Action button that would access the hidden UNID value and then use it to open the original document.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
