Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

Hi All,

I have a problem in check box selction. It is R5 Web application.
In a form I have a editable Text field "List" and I have a select Hotspot button under it. User can click on the "Select" button and it opens a new $$ view template with list of prepopulated values with check boxes and user can "check" the value(s) and click on append button which appends the selected values in the Form field "List". Now I want that in a already created document if there is values like "A","G","S" etc in the List field then if the user clicks on the "select" button then in the $$ view template form which opens should show "Check mark" against "A","G","S" values. This will help user to understand which values are already in the List field.

Any suggestion or help will be appreciated very much!!
