Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

Hi,
I have problem to search in Public names.nsf.
I am searching for a user name in addressbook like

pname="ALEXADAR JAMES/US/GROUP"
Set srview =srdb.getview("($VIMPeople)")
srdoc=srview.getdocumentbykey(pname)

this given fullname (pname) is found in address book but i am getting srdoc as nothing.
I found that in addressbook the fullname is like Alexandar JAMES/US/Group.
I cannot change pname.
Any idea how to search for pname.

Basicaaly i have search public address book with fullname.
