Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

I have a database which recently had it's design replaced. The replaced design contained a new form which requires users to enter four fields. When this database has been replicated out a person has accessed this new form and one of the fields has the following comment against it :

This view is obslete and requires missing field list. Please edit and re-save the view.

The field is a radio button field, with the choices supplied by a dblookup and works fine on our copy of the database. In the replica database the view the dblookup works on is present and the required values are present within it.

Does anyone know why this has occurred and how to fix it ?
