We are troubleshooting a problem with disappearing mail stationary (A user creates a memo from stationary, presses esc and then clicks Send and save a copy and the stationary disappears from the stationary view). Our workaround is to remove the $LotusFaxMemoSubform from the memo form and take it out of the mail database altogether.
We don't use Lotus fax Products,
Are there any side effects from removing this subform? TIA
