We have a production database "XYZ" that contains several views. We use a simple form that generates a lookup table to retreive data from a specific view (using @DBcolumn & @Dblookup). The lookup table retrieves data and automatically populates the fields in the form the users interact with.
Since last week, the lookup has not been functioning at all. The lookup table containing the data does not generate within the form and as a result the formula does not populate the required fields....
The funny thing is no changes were made to the code or any of the databases......?
Any ideas of what the problem may be....?
