Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

I have recently replicated all of our mailfiles to get rid of SCOS. Once replacing these replicas over the originals I'm getting a few people who have lost folders. It would seem that these are personal folders. If personal folder details are held locally why can they not see them any longer. Is there anyway of getting them back? Even if I replace their original mailfile the personal folders still seem to be gone. One user is also reporting the emails that were in these folders as also missing although I understand that this shouldn't be the case. Any help would be appricated.
