how well did you check the personal NAB? In the past I was able to locate docs that weren't displayed by any view and were causing problems. Try creating a view that contain all docs and sort through them to see if there is possibly and entry that could be causing the problem. if it's only happening for one person on one computer then it's got to be something on the client and names.nsf is usually the culprit in one way or another.
