After completing a letterhead name change for a user, all of her folders disappeared after I had her rename the names.nsf file. Her emails are there but not the folders. What's puzzling is that I retrieved a backup copy of her mail file and the folders do not show up there neither. . .why?! I have read about a program called "Notes Restore Assistant", but have been unable to locate a copy. Any easy suggestions to get her folders back? And yes, the "Inherit design from template" box was checked before I started this mess.
