Using two modems ( for dial up and fax)

Domino Server -- Other 4.6.6b Windows NT

hi,

Currently there are 2 modems attached at my domino server's machine. One modem is used to dial up to server and another is used as a fax modem.

This two modems using different phone line and using 2 ports (COM1 and COM2).

The problem is i cannot used this two modems at the same time.

COM1 is used for dial up and COM2 for fax.

Let's say now my user manage to dial up to server, but the server is not able to send the fax.
I have to restart the server then the server manage to send the fax.

Once i restart, the server manage to send the fax but users are not able to dial up to server. I've to restart the server then the user can dial up to server.

Currently I always have to restart the server to makesure the server able to send fax and restart back to enable user to dial up to server.

The conclusion is domino server will disconnect or terminate one of the modem if other modem is currently being used.

I've to restart the server to makesure the modem is connected back.

Hope anyone can help me on this. Thanks
