Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

A couple of months ago we rebuilt or smtp server. We upgraded the operating system from NT to 2000. We used all existing config docs and the original ini file and server id file. Since we have done this the server has failed to send out automated mails from our filer server to our support party. Nothing on Domino had changed but we still get the above error message. The servers are still specified as able to do this as the only thing we changed was the hardware and the operating system. Any one any idea how to fix this as I am not convinced its a domino problem and our Wintel engineers believe its not a wintel problem!
