Hi all,

I an trying to figure out a way to show a value in a field according to a value in anoter field.

A user will log on and open the "Application for Leave" form
I need the Group filed on the form to be automaticlly done.
All the users are in groups in our office such as mangers and accountants etc. so for exmple when the Author file is John I need to have the right group in the group field on the form.
