Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

Hi,

I am posting this query again as I need some help on this.

There are some duplicate documents that have been created in the notes database which we are able to see in the view. They are not replication/ save conflict documents. We are able to edit & modify one of the documents and the change is not getting reflected in the other.

Can someone help in understanding why these duplicate documents were created? How to prevent it?
