Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

I have a strange problem occuring. I have one lone server still running 4.6.4. The server is accessible via the web. There is one user that creates RSC everytime he edits a document. However, the strange thing is this only happens when he is using a particular workstation. If he uses a different workstation, and follows the same steps, he is able to edit a document (via web) without creating the RSC.

The two workstations seems identical. Any ideas as to what could be causing this behavior?
