Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

Hi everyone
I am not sure it is right place to ask about it, but I search the notes certification site and could not get any information.
Question is, 6 or 7 year ago I took the exame for Notes developer, I passed the exame but then move to other area of IT and never got the certificate for certification, now in other job I need the notes 4 certification to show, from where I can get, or still notes have information about my notes 4 developer certification ??
