We have a database that is accessed via the web. The user enters information and then hits the submit button. When the user hits the submit button, it runs @Command([FileSave]) and @Command([FileCloseWindow]) and it returns a message indicating that it is submitted. This database has not been modified for almost one year and has been working fine. Last week, when users entered information and hit the submit button, it did not return with the message indicating it was submitted nor did it return with an error. The user did not see the document in the database either. So, it is not saving the document to the database.
What do you think changed? Could it be something with the network environment that is preventing it from saving? If so, what could that be? I am not sure where I should start to investigate. Your thoughts are appreciated.
BTW: When the information is entered via the Notes client, it saves with no problem.
