Hi All,

I need help in solving this issue.
One of my user notes ID has been expired and I need to recertify the ID. It goes on very well until I tell the adminp to process new all and I encounter this error message on my server console.

Error msg:-
Error locating an address book entry for the certifier /OU=ABC/O=TEST Entry not found in index."
"File name: NAMES.NSF, a required certifier entry was not found in the NAB."

i have verified that both certifier documents do resides on the "Server Certificates" views.

Would appreciate if someone can assist me to resolve this problem. Thank you..
