Hi. I have a problem. I hope I can explain because my english is not very well.
I have created an account for an user in a PC where there was another account. There are two location now.
If he sends a mail to other users of the same domain (the domain of our company) the sender appears right. Like that:
"Pippo.Pluto@domain.it."
The problem is that if he sends a mail out of our domain (ex: to @libero.it), the sender appears wrong. Like that:
"Pippo_Pluto/Name Company/IT%Name Company@domain.it"
This problem appears only when I create more Lotus users for the same machine and try to send EXTERNAL mail.
What can I do?
