I added the forwarding address (eg. A@AnotherCo.com) in one of the users address document (public address).
It works well for all the internal mails. That is to say, when we send mail to this Staff A, system will auto forward his mail to A@AnotherCo.com instead of his INBox. However, system will reject all mails which address to him as A@OurCompany.com from the external party. The return message to sender is "this server does not accept relay".
We have the spam mail relay setting in our notes.ini file to stop spam relaying.
May I know how to overcome the above problem?
