Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

I have an action button that sets a field called "status" to APPROVED. There is another field on my form that changes based on the "status" field. It has a formula that reads: If status = "Approved"; 1; 0

When I run the action button, the field is changed to Approved but the dependent field does not change to 1 as it does when manually changing the doc. I have the refresh settings set to auto...Help!!
