We just bought another company that uses Lotus Notes v.5.6. This compnay will no longer be in existance in about two months. They have a few mail databases and a few application databases that will need to be moved over to our location. I think I can handle that portion. What I need help with is: they need to access one of our database. What would be the best way to handle this?
I was going to create a user on our system, send them that user ID, connect them to our system using VPN so they have access to our network, set them up with a connections document to our server so he should be able to access our database. Does this sound reasonable or will I have a problem. Thanks again. If you need further clarification, please let me know. Thanks
