We have a user who is trying to send mail to a particular user. He can choose the user's name from the Public NAB and this fills in the 'To' field. However, when he tries to send, LN comes up with the error 'No Name found' and refuses to send the message.
I have checked his personal NAB and this does not contain any entry or reference to the name. The user does to have any problem sending to anytone else in the Public NAB.
