Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

I have a problem with the ApprovalLogic Subform, largely due to my own inability to use Lotus Script.

We use the APprovalLogic subform as part of our holiday system. When trying to add non notes users requests in, When I update the Requestername it does not update the ApprName to the correct Approver it stays with the approver of my name?

Can anyon explain to me how I can get the field to refresh. I tried changing it from Computed when Composed to Computed amongst other things but I have no idea at all about script so I am hoping someone could guide me, idiot style?
