Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum

Hi,

I have to rename a person in the address book. I did the rename by People-Rename in administrator. I can see in ADMIN4.nsf that an "Initiate Rename in Domino Directory" request has been successful. I think after this step the user has to accept the new name. I've also replaced the pulbic key in the person document with the one that the user has sent me. I've observed that after the initiate rename request the public key has changed in the person document. Is that a normal process? And also how do I know that the user has accepted the new name?
I've looked in the log database and I can't see any error message or warning. It's the first time that I'm doing a rename and I'm new to Lotus Administrator so that I don't know how long it usually takes for a rename request to be completed.
