I'd like some assistance with some problems I'm having with a categorized view. The categorization is done on a multi-value field. The column has been set to Case Sensitive Sorting. The problem is the format of the categorized label. Although the value of the multivalue field is in proper case, the label is in all caps.

This in itself would not be a huge deal except that the view feeds a web picklist and the client is not happy with the inconsistency of the case in the picklist. I've done numerous Shift F9s on the view. I've run agents against the field values to try and straighten them out but they always remain with the capitalized category. There were also cases of a bolded pipe in the categorized label that appeared to be caused by a longer than normal hyphen in the list but I think I might have remedied this for the time being.

Does anyone have any ideas about how I might go about fixing this problem? Putting @ProperCase in the column formula is not an option.
