I am the Lotus Notes Administrator in our organization and I received several inquiries from users that the LN client is displaying the message saying that the said user has exceeded the mail database quota.
After checking the database of the user, I found out that the usage is only 60MB which far beyond our threshold which is 80MB and to our database qouta which is 100MB.
I told user to conduct a "archive operation", delete necessary emails, also perform "compact database operation" but these options does not solve the problem.
Also, I performed compact dataabse operation on the server side but still the error message keeps on displaying.
By the way, we a have redundant setup of Domino server in our environment. Is this a sort of wrong configuration?
We are using Lotus Notes R5 for the client side and Lotus Domino for the server side.
Kindly advise necessary workaround.
