If your are accessing R5 databases from IE 8 and try to open a document with an embedded view you will get java security errors.
This occurs if the properties of the embedded view is set to "Display Using Java Applet" and is caused by an old signature in the java applet that is not recocknized by java in IE8.
A possible solution is to set properties to "Display Using HTML"
