This API is deprecated. These APIs are still functional for backward compatibility reasons - but no new feature is surfaced through these APIs. For any new development work, refer to the OpenSocial Microblogging APIs.

Programmatically retrieve a status message posted to a message board.

The output for this operation is an Atom entry document containing the status message.
