Using the Atom Publishing Protocol, also known as AtomPub, you can get a feed of file folders, and can create, update, or delete a folder. Files can be associated with multiple folders or removed from association with a folder.
POST /files/{auth}/api/collections/feed Creating a file folder.

/files/{auth}/api/collection/{collection-id}/entry

/files/{auth}/api/communitycollection/{community-id}/entry

Retrieving a file folder.
DELETE /files/{auth}/api/collection/{collection-id}/entry Deleting a file folder.
PUT /files/{auth}/api/collection/{collection-id}/entry Updating a file folder.
POST /files/{auth}/api/collection/{collection-id} Move a folder so it becomes a child of the specified folder.
POST /files/{auth}/api/communitycollection/{community-id}/feed Move a folder so it becomes a top-level folder in the specified community.
POST /files/{auth}/api/myfilesync/feed Move a folder so it becomes a top-level folder in the user's My File Sync.
POST /files/{auth}/api/collections/feed Move a folder to the top level of the user's personal folders.
GET /files/{auth}/api/collection/{collection-id}/violation/{violationLabel}/feed Retrieves violation types for the specified collection action (violationLabel).
