Using the Atom Publishing Protocol, also known as AtomPub, the user can add members as owners or moderators to the members list of a stand-alone forum and make updates to the list. All forums are public, so anyone who can authenticate with IBM Connections is considered a member of its forums. Only forum owners can add people to a forum as owners and moderators.
POST /forums/atom/acl Adding an owner or moderator to a stand-alone forum.
GET /forums/atom/acl Retrieving a stand-alone forum owner or moderator.
PUT /forums/atom/acl Updating an owner or moderator of a stand-alone forum.
DELETE /forums/atom/acl Deleting an owner or moderator from a stand-alone forum.
