I don't really know, but would it be that hard to display the emoticon in the sender UI right after he/she typed the ASCII version ?

Not a big technical deal but a huge user experience deal, imho

There was an omission in the "Requesting LotusLive integration server enablement" administration help topic. The bulleted list under step 2 was missing the "Integration server user" bullet entry and has been updated as follows:

Customer ID – Specify the numeric identifier of your account. This value should match the Company (or organization) ID for your organization.

Integration server user – Specify a user name or account identity for whom an FTP account will be created for uploading integration server change files and downloading their results files through the FTP site.

This is the account identity of the user for whom an FTP account will be created for uploading change files and downloading their associated report, log, and trace files.

Note: You can also specify a different account identity for whom an additional FTP account will be created for downloading authorization and application journal files.

The specified user name or account identity must already exist and does not require an Administrator role.

You can specify one or more administrators and can optionally create a user name or account identity specifically for the required task, for example llisid_admin@acme.com for integration server functions and llisid_journaladmin@acme.com for journaling functions.

This needs to be flushed out. Soft deletes, time extensions, recovery of an item lost. This is where we get alot of support calls, users deleting what they don't really want to delete. What ever options there are need to be made clear to the admins.

Also, according to the "Instant Messaging" section, I should be seeing presence awareness in the business card. I've tried several browsers and combinations of LL Notes (logged in to webchat)/Engage accounts to no avail. Anyone have this working?

Microsoft Outlook doesn't support CalDAV and CardDAV!!!

LotusLive iNotes now also supports CalDAV and CardDAV for contact and calendar sync. Official support on mobile is only, currently, for iOS (iPhone, iPad) 4.x devices.

A configuration app is available for download to make the set up simpler.

What about hybrid environments. Where half the company is still on premise and the other half on LotusLive? Do the users still need to be connected to interact on Sametime?

This issue occurs on Mozilla Firefox because of the conflict with Adobe Flash Player. Since Adobe Flash Player is a third party software, we can not troubleshoot on that. Try to disable the Flash Player and then try to upload the file or upload the files using IE.

come on let the guests have access to sametime instant messaging or give paid subscribers the ability to add contacts from external IM services(gtalk,aim,yahoo,sametime). I want my customers to be able to IM me but I don't want to have to run multiple IM clients to make it happen...

Hi Ed. I fixed some of the links by removing the bold (can't use formatting in wiki markup). But I'm not sure what you are trying to link to with the third link: (Go directory to your email when you log in)? Can you help me understand?

Request - If you know what is wrong with my wiki markup, please fix and/or comment. 1 of 3 external URL links is working correctly (the last one) and I can't seem to get the alias to display for my link to the other internal wiki page.
