Q. While using the SmartCloud Engage Activities service, the service begins reporting the following error when I try to create any new elements or try to open/edit an existing activity item. " There is a form already open. Please complete that form before opening a new one" when trying to any of the Activity functions." Why is this happening.
A. By default after creating a new To Do entries in an Activity, the service will automatically create a new To Do entry after the first entry is saved. This is to make adding multiple To Do's more efficient. However if the new entry is not used or closed, no additional actions can be performed without the error message. At the bottom of the existing Activity, close the blank To Do entry.
