Q. When survey results are viewed or downloaded, some of the fields from the form do not display in the results list, how can this be fixed?
A. This problem can occur if the Data Name of the problem fields have been changed from defaults.
-To view the Data Name, edit the properties of one of the problem fields.
-Select the More Label Properties option. When the field is created, a default Data Name is created.
-If you change this default name, when the survey is taken the data in the results fields may not map correctly and will not display in the result set.
-Return the Data Name to the default. Each field type has a unique name that is numbered for each multiple of that field type.
