Problem: Customer records a meeting but notices that the session summary does not contain the automated recording. The automating recordings shows that it did not record yet a full recording has been made.
Solution: The issue is reproducible if you follow these steps
1) Host and participant sign in
2) Host then passes control to participant
3) Participant then launches an audio recording
Although the recording is made, the automated recording does not show up. In order to bypass this issue, always have the host start the audio recording and then pass control to the participant.
The issue is being investigated.
