IBM SmartCloud Engage currently supports Contact list imports in a .CSV file format. The Contact process requires the import file of the Contact list to be RFC compliant.
Lotus Notes 8.x does provide RFC compliant Contact lists for import into LotusLive contacts. Earlier versions of the Lotus Notes client however use a hierarchical format, which is not RFC compliant.
