Problem: When attempting to publish a Microsoft PowerPoint file in a meeting, Error 5014 is displayed.
Solution: Check the for the following possible causes for the 5014 error:
-A potential corrupted PowerPoint file. Verify that the PPT file is not corrupt and can be opened within Microsoft PowerPoint.
-Password protected file. Verify no password protection is enabled on the PPT file. Open the file in PowerPoint to verify no ID requirements are displayed. If password protection is on, it must be removed before it can be published in Sametime Unyte.
-Page ordering. Verify that the page ordering of the presentation begins with page 1 in PowerPoint (as opposed to starting at page 2 etc). If not, save a Copy of the file with a page number that begins with 1.
-A .pptx upload can result in the "Error: Document conversion has timed out. (5014) " when the presentation contains animations. Animations generally cannot be included in presentations.
