Problem: When attempting to publish a Microsoft Excel (.xls) file in a IBM SmartCloud Meeting, if the file is set within Excel as being Shared, the file will not publish producing an error 3003.
Solution: This is a known issue. To allow the Excel file to publish correctly, re-open the file within Microsoft Excel, and turn off the file Sharing under the tools menu.
Re-save the file before publishing within the meeting.
