If seen after running the client configuration tool, these messages indicate that the 5-day limit on downloading a Notes ID from the service has been exceeded. The ID is required to access a SmartCloud Notes mail server. |
Ask your company administrator to reset your Lotus Notes password. Then be sure to use the new password within 5 days to log on to Lotus Notes to connect to your SmartCloud Notes mail server. |
