When you share an uploaded file from the Library in a SmartCloud Meeting, the software converts the file for display to meeting attendees. Some layout features and formatting attributes in more complex documents are handled differently from the native application. The lists below provide an overview of native application features that might display differently when converted. The development team for SmartCloud Meetings is continually working to improve the fidelity of file conversion.
If the converted display does not fit your needs, use the application sharing feature in Meetings to share the file from the native application. Be aware however that performance might be affected. Sharing a file from a library can offer better performance than sharing it within the native application, especially for lower bandwidth connections.
